Seven Faldo Series Championships will take place across the UK in 2017. The format for each event is 54-hole gross stroke-play, meaning our UK Championships qualify as World Amateur Golf Ranking events (excluding Ireland).

Competitors aged 12-21 can participate in each event, with players divided in to five age categories: Boys’ Under-21, Under-18 and Under-16; Girls’ Under-21 and Under-16, based on their age as of January 1st 2017.

Each age-group winner will then be invited by Sir Nick Faldo to compete in the season-ending Grand Final which is hosted by the six-time Major Champion.

Boys’ competitors are entitled to participate in any number of Tournaments across the UK, including the same country.  For Girls’, we have created a single Championship in England, of which the top three in each age category from this Tournament will proceed to the Grand Final.  In addition Girls are also eligible for Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
